It is not compulsory for children to attend all day.
Children can be dropped off at any time after 8.50am.
PLACES ARE LIMITED, PLEASE BOOK EARLY
TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT
All children will need to bring with them Large Packed Lunch including 2 litres of drink along with
2 sets of Sports Clothing - Towel - Shin Pads - Football
Boots - Trainers
All Coaches are FA qualified, hold a Clear CRB Check,
Emergency First Aid Certificate and Child Protection Certificate.

a cheque made payable to 'Skill 7' with your
child's name and venue reference on the reverse

Send the form and the cheque
to the address on the top of the form
- Please do not send booking forms to any venue

Refunds will only be given if
the course is cancelled by Skill 7 Ltd

Bad behaviour will result in
non-refundable dismissal from the course
