I began my football journey at 14, playing for Omonia in the London Kopa U18's league before moving on to Acheritou in the senior Kopa league. I completed a three-year apprenticeship at Arsenal before taking trials at Millwall, Hull City, Haringey Borough, Heybridge Swifts, and Braintree Town, with mixed outcomes.

At 16, I started coaching, eventually running Arsenal soccer schools from 18 to 23, as-well-as coaching for former England cricketer Roland Butcher's Arsenal Soccer School franchise, World Youth Promotions. I spent a year at Colchester United when when I left Arsenal at eighteen.

In 1999, I founded 'Football 2000' in Colchester, which later became 'F2 UK' in 2003, and eventually evolved into 'Skill 7' in October 2004. Skill 7 FC, (as we are now known), are one of the longest serving coaching organisations in Herts and Berks!

I met Sav during my work experience when I was 15 years old. It took him two years of convincing, but eventually, I decided to coach for Skill 7 . Looking back, it was the best decision I've ever made.

Before I found my true calling, I had played football for various local and professional clubs during my youth. However, at the age of 17, I discovered my passion for coaching youth football. Now, every day, I wake up with a sense of joy and purpose, knowing that I get to coach and mentor these young kids. It's incredibly fulfilling to be a part of their development and growth.

I've been a caregiver for my mum since a young age, and it has been a very gratifying experience to provide support and care to someone so close to me. This sense of compassion and responsibility that I've developed as a caregiver has had a profound impact on my coaching journey.

My journey with Skill7 camps began at an early age, attending from ages 7 to 12. At 13, I started volunteering, driven by my love for football.

Taking a brief detour from 14 to 15, I worked at a hairdresser's, only to quickly realise that football coaching was my true calling.

Since age 16, I have been dedicated to coaching young kids on the field. In addition to coaching, I volunteered in a leadership role, guiding the development of London Colney football team's U8/9's.

I am now working towards an apprenticeship with Skill 7 FC.

I began my football journey at skill 7 attending after school clubs and holiday camps from the age of 7-13. Thanks to this I found my love for football and have gone on to play for various clubs locally.

At age 13 and 14 I did some work experience with Skill 7 and realised that coaching and teaching is a passion of mine, which has lead me to continue my path in coaching youth sport.

I am now studying sports and exercise science at university and hope to one day continue coaching and teaching at professional level.

I am a level 1 coach who has spent the last 2 years doing my level 3 Extended Diploma in sport whilst at college and am now pursuing my personal trainer certificate as a 3rd year. I was a skill 7 player between the ages of 4-7 and reunited at the age of 13 with Sav which is when I became a volunteer for Sav at skill 7.

I have played youth football and am now playing men's Saturdays whilst playing midweeks for Borehamwood Football club Pase academy.

My passion is to improve players through fun and enjoyable sessions whilst also teaching them the laws of the game as I'm a qualified referee. It's always great to see a smile on the children's faces after a session.
